Jodie Kelly is a United States Dressage Federation Bronze, Silver and Gold medalist and a graduate of the
USDF Advanced Young Rider program. She competed in the North
American Young Riders Championships from 1998-2004. In her first year of competition she captured an individual Gold and brought
home team Gold in three subsequent years.
In 2007 Jodie and Manhattan were the
FEI Intermediare II Champions in the Open Division
for
USDF Region 3. Manhattan also finished second nationally in the
USDF Horse of the Year at Intermediare II.
This pair worked its way into the top 20
USDF Grand Prix national rankings early in 2008
and finished the year in the top 250
FEI World Dressage rankings. In 2009 Jodie
and Manhattan were the
USDF Grand Prix Freestyle Reserve Champions for Region 3.
Jodie has trained with some of the top international dressage riders and trainers, including current trainer,
US
Olympian Courtney King-Dye.
