Horse enthusiasts new to the Ocala, Florida area, or to dressage and/or combined training, will be glad to learn about a
group of kindred spirits eager to welcome them.
The Deep South Dressage and Combined Training Association, which is about 120 members strong, for two decades has provided
education and learning opportunities for dressage and combined training enthusiasts in Alabama and Florida.
Current DSDCTA president, Barbara Petti,
and a group of dedicated horse enthusiasts are forming a new chapter in the Central Florida Area, centered in Ocala,
Florida - The Horse Capitol of the World.
"We want to welcome everyone to try dressage and/or combined training," Barbara said. "It doesn't matter how
much money you have, what kind of horse you have, or whether you even have a horse. We ask you to inquire about
what we can offer to you and your horse. Our programs will interest you and your friends."
